And the other 5 years as well.McNeil has been terrible last 5 games
Utter mediocrity punctured by a swing of that left foot.
He’s a skinny Charlie Adam.

Well he was the reason they went down like 1000’s of Burnley Fans will tell you that . You tried to pin the Norwich defeat on the man who took over from him, when it was the game that got dyche sacked, which a few pointed this out to you, but you didn’t reply. It’s quite important to get your facts correct or you will be quickly shot downIm not sure I've changed tune mate. He still wasn't the manager who got them relegated.
Everyone has line. I'm still not 100% sure I'm there, but we imploded defensively against a poor team today. Like all the time we were playing badly and not conceding many is one thing. That's basically your best way of staying up. If you start conceding lots of goals, it's a different matter.
I also think look, TFG are going to bring their own person in. In as far as he has a chance to impress, he hasn't done that this season. So you are left with 2 maybe 3 games. For the home games, I think probably having Baines/Coleman gives us just as much chance.
With respect though, none of the above means he was manager of Burnley when they were relegated in 2022.
They won the same amount of games in the 9 he didn't manage or something as wellI didn't blame him for Burnley's relegation. Their owners sold all their decent players and didn't replace them, making it inevitable they'd be relegated. However he was the manager for most of the season so it's fair to say he was in charge for most of the time and it's on his record.
I wouldnt let him near FF in the morning never mind WednesdayThink he knows that Wednesday is huge for his future. Failure to win won't get him sacked immediately but with that fixture list and the way we're playing it as good as does for him.
Lose on Wednesday and the stadium will turn in a way it hasn't for quite a while. Even under the worst days of Lampard, there was a feeling of sympathy towards him. Dyche has no such affection from the fans.
Dunno about mad, that sounds like a decent, meaningful change we could make that might help our situation. In a lot of ways, Dyche has been hung out to dry. I'm kind of amazed it's not worse. They all know he's done.
Apparently TFG are close. Personally I'd probably do something mad and put a temporary caretaker on charge (Baines/Coleman) for the next two home games. Get the crowd behind the team etc, and hope TFG have someone lined up.
It’s been the same for years. Even when we sacked Walter Smith and brought Moyes in from Preston we were being told by the media that we were making a terrible mistake. It'll be their reaction to Allardyce's sacking again: "What do Everton fans want?!?"
Either that or 0-3 to Wolves by half time as everyone goes home early.Anyone else get the feeling it'll be a moody 1-0 to Everton, thus prolonging the misery of being managed by Sean Dyche?
It's the sort of trolling fate likes to chuck our way.
