I wouldn't do it. Resembles bringing in Eto'o when Rom was on the verge of breaking out. DCL might have a slump and Aguero would start agitating to replace him but that isn't a good idea to just bench DCL indefinitely. If we aren't in Europe it would be even worse imo.

We need results now and it's not like we'd sign him on a 5 year deal. We tried to do what you said by buying Kean and he couldn't hack it in the league at this point in his career.

This is a good point , don't know about his family life but if kids are involved and happy at school , wife happy , then no need to move house .
