Should Martinez be sacked? (Post-Stoke poll)

Wake up and smell the coffee, not a single player out of the 20 or so pro players we have within the squad is performing well, thats not cos Distin is finished or Howard does starjumps, its down to the manager not selecting a fluid team and employing simple tactics, its a failure to motivate the players correctly, its basic management and the current manager is failing to address the issue.

The wish wash team he selected yesterday looked like he had asked a bunch of 5 year olds to pick the team.

He needs to get back to basics, we have the players within the squad, granted some are PYAR TOSH, but the better players can compensate for their toshness.

He needs to do the following :

Pick a fluid formation, based on fluid attacking fast paced football
Pick players in proper positions
Play Besic
Dont play Naismith
Sell Kone
Wear black shoes

Understood. Most of us are hoping Roberto can sort this out but we're well within our rights to question whether or not he will. Not sure why we have to be accused of being "agenda-driven".

Joel made a world class save and made no mistakes.
Baines played the killer ball into Mirallas, something no one has done all season.
Garbutt looked very decent in his first start given he had no cover from the snails Eto'o and Barry.
Kone scored in his first start and looked our best player.

Perhaps you only see what you want to see because it's certainly not the game.

Garbutt is a prospect but looks suspect defensively

When Baines first came here, he made mistakes as well and raise eyebrows but given the chance got over it and from there onwards and upwards.
