you are not debating Dazza...look at your posts...its all black and white with your posts as if you definitely know the reason for our poor season and its all definitely down to the boss.

I'm sorry but its not definite, could be many factors. Can't say for sure my self but I don't see this clear tactical issue. I see a squad with not a single player playing to the level we would be used to...or at least not consistently, and a squad with regular injuries to key players and atrociously bad individual errors.

The fact is the above DEFINITELY has played its part in our points total right now, now whether its the main problem or whether its failings of Bobby I really can't say. And I cannot say it as sure as some posters on here who, for me, have gone with the most negative scenario and are running with that.

Even the best teams have poor patches. Hell they even have poor seasons. Dunno why you guys want to be all Newcastley and sack managers as if the club will explode tomorrow if we don't.
Good evening my faith in him as expired.
I can take getting beat and bad runs i have been through mike walker, howard 3rd time and wally smith but what i can't get my head round is doing the same thing every week with the same results.
He is doing nothing to stop the rot and to me that is not managing.
The players must be scratching their heads every week no wonder they are lost.
We have bought one of the most clinical strikers in world football in eto'o and play him in midfield and thats just 1 example of playing someone out of position.
Hope dublin was good

We are in such a dilemma. The manager is not good enough by a street mile and we will be relegated because he is dog sh!te and knows nowt about football. He has been pretending all these years that he knows how to manage a team of no marks to achieve something like winning the FA Cup. Bill .............have a word with yourself and get rid of this dumb manager who preaches pass pass pass over pure lumping football. He surely has lost his marbles and according to most, has not got a clue what FOOTBALL is about. So lets get a GOT member who has more than above average likes to bring our glory years back.

PS I will leave slashing my wrists for something serious like a GOT member misspelling a word

Shut up you drama queen

voted yes simply because of his refusal to change anything that's not working.

18 games of stubbornness and that's enough. I don't believe he'll change in the next 18.

Bottom line for me, we shouldn't be nor would it seem we can afford to be a club that sacks managers easily. Given this, a new manager taking over from a manager who had been here for years should be given at least a couple of seasons (for me 3...at least) to make his mark.....unless things get really disastrous and we are deep in a relegation battle with no sign of getting out.

What we are seeing here is people who can't handle defeats or a bad season in a reasonable manner, and therefore want a manager gone as if what we have seen so far this season is the only thing this manager can show us. (despite evidence to the contrary last season)

It doesn't need to be kneejerk or OTT all the time. If we the worst case scenario does not actually come then we are better off allowing a manager time, space and support to build something...as was given to the last boss.
