Same goes for everybody else who seems to know for a fact the manager is soft and doesn't know how to make hard decisions behind the scenes. Making stuff up in your head and then spouting on about it as if it is a fact. Like that Rafael chap really.
How do I know the manager is soft? Because he never changes anything, it's same approach every week, that's why. There's evidence right in front of you, clearly no one is delivering any home truths and no one is recognising how bad the situation has gotten and trying to change it. It's not getting any better, it's only got worse and worse.
