I don't feel remotely sorry for that multi millionaire who will get millions of pounds for being an abject failure at his job, while I get up at daft o clock tomorrow for sherbet wages, going in to endure remorseless pisstaking by redsh!te, but maybe that's just me, I should feel sorry for Martinez, when he's laughing his cock off on holiday in Dubai.

I am not sure what sherbet wages are, mate, but they sound really TERRIBLE...!

Make the players pay for our transport costs. Heard that Man Utd laying on free coaches, due to the disruption caused by the rail maintenance.

The sad thing is I just can't envisage a scenario in which he'd get the players motivated to fight and win on Saturday.

If there was someone else in charge you'd still think it was a slim chance, but maybe just maybe they'd get the dogs of war mentality going and all of a sudden the Everton section would be bouncing and somehow we'd grind a result.

Basically, someone else might get a response from the players, I'm certain Martinez won't.

I'll tell you if you want mate...

He's a gross egotist with ideas WAY above his station who happens to think he's beyond reproach blame wise for the situation we're in....he deflects rather than accepting accountability on any level and he'll use ANY excuse possible to guide query away from his massively exposed lack of tactical acumen & nouse...

Factor into this that he has drained a decent squad of confidence and his style of play and insistence of playing to his 'philosophy' has made one of the best young defenders in the game look like he learnt to defend abaaaar 20 minutes before kick-off. He has also overseen the purchase of a player so out of his depth that he has fellow pro's feeling sorry for him yet - even now - he cannot be honest about this (is he injured or not? Why's he on the bench?...)

He is a chancer, and a fraud, and a one-trick pony who is about to be found out massively.

And the only way he can gain any kudos from me and many others (i'm sure) like me is by finding the bollocks & the integrity within to resign with immediate effect.

He won't though in all probability. Know why?

Because he's a despicable & self-absorbed fool devoid of the wherewithal to separate the wood from the trees.

I still can't see why you would think he's despicable apart from you saying he is being stubborn in the way he plays, how anyone can call him despicable for being stubborn i don't know.
