This is just words. It wont change a damned thing, there isn't enough time.

i think it could potentially unite players and get rid of poss distraction for fans and players, i agree tactically and even personal picked it wont make much difference

Right lads, I've decided to go in to Saturday with some optimism.

It is always darkest before the dawn. The cup is ours, for the sixth time.

Define awful. There's been not one single redeeming qualities about our play the second half of the season. We've been inept and passionless for too long. Please tell me what have you enjoyed watching in the games this year. Didn't think we'd win yesterday but I thought we'd fight. The fans aren't behind him, the players look lost. He absolutely does not deserve to be in the dugout for the semi.

Edit: It was only 4-0 because Liverpool took the foot off the gas. Have a long think about that. The opposition manager said it wasn't enjoyable because there was no fight! You want that excuse to represent Everton another second?

That makes it even worse. It was like a cat playing with a dead mouse. F*****g hell!!! The state we're in!

Im surprised he has not gone to be honest. The longer the day goes on the more likely he will be staying, and not just for the Semi Final

I know that a number of folks have admitted to having voted incorrectly, and fair play to admitting to it, but I'm quite frankly staggered that circa 60+ still think RM should be in charge on Saturday.

Wake up people, he's just 'managed' us to arguably the worst ever derby performance... and you honestly think he can somehow turn it on for the semi-final ?

He should be sacked this morning and David Unsworth put in interim charge.

I woke up at 3.30am with a migraine.
Thanks Berto

To think he has 'earned' more than many of us do in a year in these last few weeks for putting out that to represent Everton makes me physically sick.

Give him the bullet, we shouldn't even need this thread this morning!

Im not the first to say it..

But i woke up this morning fully expecting him to have quit/been sacked..or at least a press conference announced!.

There is simply no excuse..no half baked reason at all for keeping him..i honestly cant think of a single thing

Im old enough to have remembered some very bad times..and some even worse players..even the most ardent fan has to admit we have had some utter sh1te play for us over the years...but this squad had so much promise ..so much potential..and he has destroyed it..

Sack the fraud!

I can only assume they weren't present at any of our matches over the last couple of months. I've never seen us so bad in 35+ years and I mean that. At least we had some bite and heart in the darkest days.
