For me last night was the final straw. Iv tried to give him time to turn it around but there is no coming back from that. He knows it. Players know it. We know it. Hopefully board see sense soon and put us all out of our misery.

Rightly or wrongly, he's going to be here. I don't think it'd be a good idea/beneficial for us to get rid anyway. Would cause even more of a distraction for an already unsettled group.

Bluebird, not shy to admit I was wrong,I was thinking like you a short time ago, banging the drum that Martinez should be given an opportunity to manage us through the cup run before being sacked, however we are now in freefall and I have changed my thinking,Martinez looks absolutely clueless, shellshocked and bereft of ideas, the players obviously don't want to play for him, his sidekick Jones appears to have lost the plot and but for Robles that could have been our worst derby result ever just to go with the worst Derby performance I have seen.

I am honestly just hoping that the breaking news banner on sky sports this morning reads MARTINEZ SACKED in nice bold letters.
Who can we get in quickly just until the rest of the season? how about a combo of big Joe and Big Dunc, they would at least get them fired up for the semi final and they would at least give us some respectability in the management department for the final month.

I don't seriously think at the moment we could attract a world class manager here at the moment I only hpe Moshiri steps in with some persuasive powers because I can only see Kenwright going for another 'nice guy' when we need someone strong to see the big picture and tell it like it is.

It seems that the outside world are amazed at how quickly we have capitulated and it appears to them that we have suddenly turned on Martinez but sadly that performance has been coming and embarassing is perhaps too tame a word for the performance and there is now nowhere for Martinez to go other than the exit door.

Taxi for Martinez, Blue Bill please take note.
