classical instruments are weird, value is based on build and age far more than how it sounds, unless it produces exceptional sound (in which case it is usually old and expensive).

That is true. It's like art.

Although, in the case of Stradivari, his instruments are the most sought after because of their sound.

Something about the era, age, region he's from, materials and method he used to make them. Having never heard one myself so I can't confirm it, but apparently someone once described one of his violins sounding like 'an angel weeping'...

I stand to be corrected, but I'm sure that I read somewhere that Mozart once theorized (jokingly of course) that you could train your arse muscles so that you can fart at different pitch frequencies, thus turning your arsehole into an instrument.

If so, then we are all walking, talking instruments!

I really want a 360 jetglo at some point, but just cant justify it.

I love Rickenbackers, absolutely adore them. I've only got the 1 but if I had a chance I'd have about 4 or 5 of them

It’s not an exaggeration to say that guitar ruined me financially for a decade!

Am almost certain I’ll get a 360 at some point, just need to convince the missus that we don’t really want a holiday that year.
