On the Dutch newspaper's website, on the page linking us to Tadic, there's a small comment at the bottom of the page saying:

"do not do business with unreliable parties as Everton."

Do other people see us as unreliable?

When asked 'Who would you like us to sign', out of any possibilities he only mentions Fernando of Porto?! Does he know something we don't?! Would love it IF we was back in for him!

Highly doubt it mate.

If he did know something he wouldn't have said it, he'd keep quiet about him. He's just been asked who he'd like to see come in, Fernando is a realistic option and we've been in for him before, plus we need a CM. That's all I think.

i cant imagine why! we had a deal agreed for Fer, brought him in for the physical for which he PASSED, then decided to go back and renegotiate the deal based on 'what if' scenarios.


Thats pretty par for the course imo..
 
Think getting Fernando for free or on the cheap can be knocked on the head now, signed a new deal at Porto

Just seemed strange to me, cos weve been linked to loads of players and he did say we could do with a striker so why pluck Fernando's name out instead of say, Batshuayi?!

Anyhow, Fernando as signed a new deal at Porto to stop him leaving for free. Milan want him and now have been told he'll cost em a bit due to this new deal.

Moyes said the other day that 'none of the players we want are available in January' or something to that effect. To me that implies Baines will be going in the summer. However at that point he'll be 5/6 months away from turning 30. I thought United have a policy on over 30s (1 year rolling contracts). Would Baines take that? I doubt he will, especially if we finish above them this year and get European footie.

Would be happy enough with this. Doubt they'll pay us actual money for him too.
 
These pre-seaon contracts are a load of ****. What happens if McGeady gets injured at the end of his season, we've wasted time brining in a player when we could have a player in right now.
