No, it wasn't a 'bad' window just because no-one major came in today, as the positive spinners are saying.
What people aren't happy about, is that (again) we sold a player for actual money and didn't see it re-invested. Same old story. Forever Everton.
Can't expect anyone to be content with or even complacent about that as we now have to contend for the 6th placed trophy again.

Lol, why did I think that being able to buy more players and pay them more would help us win trophies.
Just a coincidence that city and chelsea are doing it now they have cash.

Last time I checked you spend cash to sign players. Better players that won't bottle it and better players to take us to the next level.

struggle to see how letting heitinga go has benefited the club in any way except bills pocket, especially with no fee involved. we got the two most wanted players off the wage bill in this window and imo we have ended up stronger.
however, not signing a centre mid is scandalous, it was a position that really needed addressing and this season could be our greatest chance of CL!
Spurs have made themselves weaker ans RS have done nothing so i suppose we would be in a better position than those rivals (with man utd strengthening), but it could have been so much better! if we do't qualify for CL, i'm very intruiged to see what we'll do on the summer, they better get it right for sure!

It happens from window to window we get some money in loan players and don't spend much of the money.Idon't expect them to advertise we have £25 million to spend,but a couple of early decent buys in the summer would show they mean business,then perhaps add a couple later on.I don't know what our debt is but heard that the Arteta money all was paid off our debt, but we have sold big since,but where is the money if its paid off debt and the tv money do we have any debt?.

Well moyes never won at Liverpool,arsenal,Chelsea and Man utd in the league.Martinez won at utd but funny enough it was against moyes.But it was the Arsenal game I thought thing were going to change we were brilliant and should have won,then the derby was a disaster.We have Chelsea away left will we win there,I doubt it but the annoying thing is we are good enough to.
