Seems the effects of the Skol has worn off
Exactly Evans is a budget friendly michael Keane and Morgan is slower than mina and Keane. They've played midfielders in defence for most of the year and vardy was injured for a stretch. Yet they sit with an FA and probably champions league football next year.
Why stop at 1995.
Its mid 80's since an Everton captain had his hands on more silverware than 37 year old Wes Morgan.
Good point Morgan is a serial winner compared to us.

I`m 42 and I can only remember one trophy and that was the FA Cup 26 years ago.
Does it annoy me that Portsmouth, Wigan Athletic, Leicester, Blackburn, Middlesborough, Birmingham City & Swansea have all won cups since then? 100% it does, I consider Everton bigger than all of them clubs in every way including Finance, fanbase, stadium & history.
Can I see us turning it around anytime soon? I dont think so, we are probably 3-5 years away with the amount of utter dross in this squad. It would have to be a a massive massive transfer window to sort this squad hence I think it will be 3 or 4 windows before we get anywhere near. Even then James and Allan will be 32/33 and and probably being considered dead wood?
Do I think we will be successful again? I`d like to think we could again but every time we see shoots of what could be, like the start of this season, we end up with nothing and empty handed. Theres a chance we cant even qualify for the Europa Conference, this season has gone so badly south its unbelievable.

Everyone moaning about Leicester winning. If anything, it should just encourage. In 2013 they were in the Championship. They've come up, won the league, won the Cup and established themselves as a well organised side. They are not frightening. They are not unbeatable. They too have had some good results and woeful results this season
We are building from the scrapheap of a succession of 4 failed managers in 5 years. What we need is 2 or 3 years of consistency and progress, even if occasionally the odd result has you tearing your hair out, it is what it is, that's the process.
You certainly don't get there by changing managers again, and whinging about other teams winning their very 1st FA Cup.
Just relax, get behind them and try to be positive about all the obviously good changes we have made/are making.
