The question is.
Is he a better winger than Steven Naismith or Magaye Gueye?
On loan or a free, nothing more though. Would be great to have him behind Jelavic, infact exactly what Jela needs to have in terms of service.

You don't think a couple of million transfer (i doubt it would be more than that) for three years of a guaranteed impact and fantastic squad player is worth it ? Bearing in mind we spent a couple of mill on Oviedo and a million on Gueye !
With our injury problems, I literally don't understand some of the people in this thread. If we find another player than can rival him, sure, let's consider it. But for an expected cheap fee, I literally don't understand why people are turning this down. We need depth.
100 million zillion THIS !!
It doesn't matter who's the best out of Donovan pienaar and mirallas. Whichever 2 are performing the best will play the other will be on the bench waiting to make his claim. If one of them is injured you then have someone of equal quality to come into the team instead of a poor squad player.
You also then have the option of playing all 3 of them LW RW ACM and drop fellaini back...
Anyone who doesn't want Donovan is barmy. Not to mention both times he has come to us on loan he has been part of transforming our play/form at that particular time.
If the price is right, it's a no brainer.
Big if though.
Everybody over there seems to be resigned to the fact that if Donovan wants to retire now then he will. By that logic i'd say that getting a couple of mill for him rather than just letting him slip into retirement is an obvious choice. I don't think Galaxy really have any cards to play here. If Donovan wants to come, i'm certain he will.
