Six Nations 2018. Love it.

cracking weekend again. Delighted to see Ireland open up a bit and relaxed with the replacements on. I share the other posters concern about an injury to Furlong but the whole squad seems as strong as we've ever had it so dealing with injuries is part of the game.

Thought Wales were really unlucky and Scotland showed a bit of steel they've missed for years.

I can see both Scotland and Wales asking serious questions of England and Ireland in the next round - and I'm actually leaning towards a Scottish victory in Edinburgh.

I still don't really understand rugby all that much but I properly enjoyed yesterday's game between France and Scotland. It was so competitive and tense all the way to the end. The six nations is class, much better than most international tournaments in most sports and I look forward to it each year.

There is one thing I don't understand about it though, do England always play Ireland on St Patricks Day, and if so, why? Does this not give Ireland a slight psychological advantage? Not that I'm arsed if it does or not, despite being 'English' I don't really care that much for England in any sport and wouldn't necessarily support them. In fact I'd probably prefer the Irish to win

No England don't always play Ireland on St Patrick's Day, it is just how the calendar panned out.

I understand not caring for England in most other sports but in Rugby Union the 2nd Best in the World and should put on a fantastic show at the World Cup with Eddie Jones at the helm.

Scotland were much better on Sunday than they were against Wales and I always had them down as a surprise challenger during this tournament.

Nevertheless, I still think they'll struggle against England if they (England) continue to up their game throughout as is often the case in the SN.

That's before even considering our strengthen in depth; I'm not a fan of this whole players who are 'finishers' mentality, but it's nice to have.

Ah yes of course. Stupid me forgot that St Patricks day's day of the week changes every year and so England always playing Ireland on St Patricks day would be impossible unless they played games on every weekday. *Must learn to think before pressing send.*

To be fair I am definitely much more of an England supporter in the rugby union than other sports, especially at the moment as its quite entertaining to watch a good England side with different talents and experience levels and I also quite like Eddie Jones' style of answering questions in his pre/post match interviews and that.

England rugby fans remind me of kopites, every year at this time they don their crappy kits, collars popped and get bolshy whilst in complete denial as to why all the celtic nations hate them so much.

I have lived in Bath for the last 15 years, and they are the most annoying brand of fan in the world, stuffy middle class whoppers.

As one who has lived in Bristol for 40 plus years, I will agree.

ireland's robbie henshaw will miss the rest of the 6 nations with a dislocated shoulder that he picked up in the italy game. big blow for ireland, he's a real key part of the team and will be a massive miss.

Hhmmm about Enlgand or Bath fans?

Bath mainly. I have long argued that the popular misconception that RU is a Tory/Middle Class sport isnt actually true in certain cities, and areas. In Bath, it probably is. Bristol, less so.

It really is in Bath. I get free tix occasionally and sit surrounded by some of the plummiest fans imaginable. I don't bother watching, just chat to mate and get pi55ed.
