All that i agree with you, it does seem convenient

But we need to address the aggressive and violent tones thats currently in the fan base….not spend time denying that it may or may not have happened.

It just makes us look like we are ignoring what we have become and deflecting away from that.

Add that to young players being confronted and being chased down the streets….would it be so hard to believe that the directors could be attacked??!!

We cant be outraged when they say they fear for safety….would you be ok if your son played for us and on his own coming from games.

Yeah, the morons are being positioned to define this fanbase at the moment, by the club and the media.

That behaviour needs tackling if the rest of us are to be taken seriously.

Many many many teams have been through worse than us and never attacked players and directors like this.

Indeed. Those within our fan base will say it’s our standard and whatnot, but in reality it’s just dross being dross. What the club has done is wrong.

But, the saying two wrongs don’t make a right springs to mind because there is no way this is going to instil fight in the players or portray us positively.

We’re in disarray and we want someone to come and be a saviour, however they may rightly ask themselves - is it worth the risk?

I’d say, in all honesty, right now it probably isn’t.
