Some of our fans today...

People care about this club, mate. They feel like they've been thrown under the bus by the people who run it. If the story is true then the behaviour is shocking and must be condemned. But what an indictment upon the board that there are serious levels of doubt as to the veracity of the story.

You've got more contempt for the fans than those who brought us down to this level or at least that's how it seems.

All football fans love their club, all of them.

We have a large portion of toxic and some feral scum, following this club.
Ive been all over europe and seen enough utter moronic stuff to ever think otherwise…and this footage this weekend just throws that proof out to the whole world.

All I am seeing is people deny, and deflect from all the behaviour.

Failing at their job is what the board are doing….that does not make it ok for whats happened.

We need to self police it.

I’d say it’s impossible to condone blocking Gordon’s car and throwing expletives at him. Any other clubs fans do that and we deride them for being clowns. Not violence per say but looked like it could have escalated at any time. Club should have done a better job of getting players out of there.

Yes he’s crap, yes he’s overhyped, yes he played a part in costing us points yesterday - but there’s a line for me. He’s a 20 year old getting abuse hurled at him non stop.

The protests inside were exactly what was needed but all that haranguing the players in their cars after is bo***cks that just isn’t going to help anyone.
Yep.

The majority aren't deflecting though. It's being called out and rightly so, but you're having a go at fans for being concerned the people who run the club are leaking fabricated stories to the press.

I think they are concentrating and pushing that to deflect from what the fans are doing.

A few idiots running after cars like dogs has been plastered all over tabloid as "Everton fans" ridiculous. Just like Jazzy and prenno etc they are individuals and simply do not represent the fanbase , just themselves.
The mental gymnastics to assess those outside the ground as supporters is quite the feat. Anyone can be and are there. Like suggesting the pickpockets at the CL final in paris we either Real or RS fans.

Axes to grind though...

The amount of likes this has is disgusting, as are the fans who did this and then filled their kecks when yerry got out of his car. Awful behaviour by a gang of man-babies
Imagine taking a punch from Yerry though, would probably feel like being clubbed in the head by a baseball bat.

What started as a protest against the board ends with chants of “you’re not fit to wear the shirt” and players being confronted in their cars. Is that going to help us?
I didn’t see a team not trying, I saw a group of average footballers led by a manager out of his depth but they are at least all trying.
Instead of getting behind them and instilling confidence they’ll be nervous of playing the next home games. Not really what’s needed in a relegation battle is it! Have a think about that if you were involved.

Kenwright knows what he is doing. He fights dirty. He is snide. He wants to split the fanbase. He wants there to be 2 camps one saying "terrible behaviour by Evertonians" the other saying "he deserves what he gets." His and the boards statement of assault and threats to safety announced before the match are one of the most shameful episodes in the history of the club. He didnt care if we won or lost that match. He shouldve been showing leadership and yesterday shouldve been all about getting the win. The accusations werent specific they were at Evertonians. All of us. Dont be fooled by falling into one camp or the other. We as a fanbase must stick together through this. Kenwright knew he would get his few loons having a go at the park end. Every club has them. All he wanted was it to be filmed and used by his mates in the media. He is a disgrace.
"the money is in the bank"
"you've had good times"
"a choke hold for the ages...."

he does have a history of some bizarre lies.
