That is seriously dangerous.i never knew he did it so much and it's poor from the spurs fans defending him like they are

Another generalisation cos I haven’t defended him and as I said it could be very dangerous but as it’s a act that an Everton player did just 24hrs before that you haven’t criticised.
Glass houses yet again springs to mind.

Not really and especially not the captain of England. They'll be more faux tears when he actually hurts someone doing with the usual "I never meant to cause injury' etc. But quite clearly he is.

You don't mind someone competing and hurting another player accidentally but this is pure snide and it's dangerous. In rugby he would be off for it. Especially looking at them before walking in to them while they are in the air.

As @roydo said he is too good to bother with any of that.

Yes a different kind of act but one of Everton’s much loved strikers got sent off for an atrociously dangerous possible career ending tackle just a few weeks ago.

When the refs start pulling up the Kane and Gomes acts, they will soon both stop doing it.

Booing people kneeling in support of a civil rights movement is, by definition, racist

Kane is a top top player and thats without pace really. His brain and technique are superb, very Sheringham like - imagine he had pace too? Would be unbelievable.

Son is also one of my favourite players (obviously aside from the Gomes injury). Keeping those 2 is vital to Spurs' immidiate future

Strikers have been “backing in” since the dawn of time. Just seems like another stick to beat England’s best striker with. I love how the “compilation” video of him doing it multiple times is the total of 3 incidents shown from different angles.

Richarlison's was a miss-timed and reckless challenge but he still went for the ball. This off the ball snide is totally different. I haven't seen the Gomes incident but if he did look at the player and walked into him when he was in the air then he deserved a red. Simple as. Got no problems with the authorities handing out retrospective punishment for doing so.

Any player can get caught under a challenge but if they're looking for the player and ensuring a tip, that is one of the most abhorrent actions you can do on a football pitch.

I’m guessing you quoted me by mistake there mate lol

I'm not overly sure that these Kane 'challenges' are as awful as being made out. Sure it would be better if this type of thing didn't occur, but how many times does the forward player get clattered by the defender with no hand wringing about the dangers of it?

Until I saw the 'extensive' highlight reel of Kane's campaign of backing in terror, I was completely unaware of it - I am sure that there's nothing to it other than Spurs getting attention now they are top of the league and their more committed players getting the usual media scrutiny by a media that is biased towards the Sky 4.

Nail. Head.

If anything he's proved what a brave lad he is, he's potentially sacrificing his own well being if one of these lumps falls on him. Maybe we throw a bid in during the January window and try and unsettle him with the offer of top 10 finishes and a good rest as he doesn't have to travel round Europe playing.

Nope, keep him at Spurs for the rest of the season, so we can at least point out to an improvement in our away form against top 6 opposition this season.
