Foot Long Hot Dog
Player Valuation: A packet of pork scratchings
The chances of that happening are about the same as Elvis being spotted having a Chang & a sausage roll at the Stoke game imo.

out of the backroom staff who would you want as manager -round,sheedy,stubbs,ferguson, other?

How anyone, unless they know the inner workings, can have an opinion on Round is beyond me?
Whats it based on?
Ferguson sends that baldy midget fella to do interviews all the time. Doubt he'd give him the job.

I would have to think Round would have to be the logical call, with Stubbs, Sheedy and possibly Irvine supporting him (along with senior players like Neville). Ferguson may well go on to be a good manager but wouldn't want him fast tracked, would be better to let him learn for a while with the reserves or age group teams for me (ala Stubbs).
I'm not sure any are ideal (it''s hard to say without any real insight to the inner workings of things like training, motivation, tactical nous ect) but I do think it's possible.
Who is the last assistant at a club appointed when a manager has moved on ? There are probably loads but I can't think of a long successful list to be honest
