I live in Glasgow. I go to Ibrox maybe five or six times a season with my Rangers supporting brother and his friends. I also get down to watch Everton around the same amount, plus see every other game on stream. When I'm doing things like this, my optic nerves send information to my brain, which then processes this information. He's faster and stronger than Osman, much more mobile. Better with the ball than Cahill or Coleman. He's not world class, but he's better than what we have in the weaker areas of our squad. It's not a dream signing, but it's an affordable upgrade that makes sense considering our horrible finances.

Good post, provided that his latest injury hasn't had a negative effect. I would agree that he is definitely an upgrade on the second striker and right midfield options that we have currently.

We desperately need Pienaar to sign though for the Left.

There's 13 players training at Murray Park at the moment. That's because they transferred over to Rangers FC and havn't used a bull**** technicality to deny their club the chance to get a transfer fee for them. Some thought of their own accounts, others thought of the club they were at.

I've said it a huindred times about what this feller is doing: if the situation was visited upon Everton any player doing what he is doing would be seen as the Judas they clearly are.

Rangers are playing in division 1. If he's good, he'd be gone to another club regardless of signing a new contract with the nu-rangers.

It's like us getting relegated and Fellaini etc all wanting to make moves to leave in my book.

I think the most important thing is that he's played with Jelavic before, Jelavic had a good record there and came here and continued it. If Naismith helped him do it over there he can help him further it here. May also see us playing 2 up top too, who knows.

We'd still be playing 4-4-1-1 - with Naismith playing off Jelavic. Very much what Moyes has been trying to force through with Cahill off the striker for years, with little joy.

He's being followed by Neville, Helen Mayo (EFC PR OFficer), Davey Weir, Matt Gamble (Digital Media Editor for EFC),

IT'S ON!

He sounds like a player that should have been playing in the Premiership long ago then. I wonder why no one took a chance on him until he became available for a large signing on fee?
