Since the last WC, where he revelled in his cheating against Ghana, he has been banned for about 30 games for racially abusing and TWICE biting opposition players.

Given he has served lengthy bans on two occasions for biting and it has not stopped him from doing it again, then really a much longer ban should be given. I can't see it happening though.
