What's Baines got to do with anything ? Posters on here are making out like Lookman is without any doubt the real deal, class etc. What I have seen is a young lad with potential, none of the top teams are after him yet he is boss la. We always overrate our players, I suppose that's what most fans do, also he seems to want to leave so let him, get the money and move on.

I never said he’s he real deal but £18m is buttons these days so if that’s what we’re after then many teams out there would spend that on potential.

James Maddison was £25m and less proven.

I don't really have a dog in the fight, but there are plenty of teams who would take him on (more than he'd move to probably), for the prices quoted. Certainly "100 teams interested" is hyperbole, but not by much.

You could probably pull 50 teams from the top flight leagues of Germany (10), Italy (10), Spain (10), England (10), France (5), and Netherlands (5) that would be a good fit for him and team, at least in the short term.

They have 2 very young Keepers, neither are Italian mert.
