You then have over the hill players Baines and Jags

Garbage players like Bolasie, Sandro, Besic and Calvert Lewin in and around the squad.

Williams, Bolasie, Mirallas, Sandro, Dowell, Martina, Klaassen (gone?), Besic, Browning, Lookman (unless he wants to be here), Galloway, Connolly, Pennington.

Expect these players got sold or out on loan before 31 August.

....after last night’s embarrassing and depressing defeat at Blackburn, Marco Silva urged the club to bring in more signings. Here’s what the rumour columns are saying this Friday morning;

- The Dail Mail and various other outlets report Everton’s 25 year old midfielder, Davy Klaassen, is close to joining Werder Bremen for £13m. The Toffees are taking a big financial hit on a player who made just 3 Premier League starts.

- Goal.com say Everton are on the verge of sealing a £27m move for Barcelona’s 23 year old Columbian Centre Back, Yerry Mina.

- The Teeside Gazette suggests Marco Silva has a major decision to make regarding the future of Mo Besic following his sparkling pre-season form. Middlesborough are still linked with the midfielder despite purchasing Paddy McNair from Sunderland.

- 4th Official pick up on reports a week ago linking Davy Klaassen with a move to Huddersfield. They also say Everton have stepped up the chase for Barcelona Left Back, Lucas Digne. MadAboutEPL website continue to link Everton with Besiktas Centre Back, Domagoj Vida, whilst the Echo report Liverpool have no interest in the 29 year old Croatian.

- According to Calciomercato, Everton and Crystal Palace are keen on Roma’s 29 year old defensive midfielder, Maxime Gonalons. Palace are reported to have made a £12m bid.

- Gazetto Dello Sport suggest Everton interest in Torino striker, M’Baye Niang. The 23 year old only joined Torino this month because of an ‘obligation to buy’ but is already keen to leave. The Senegal international has scored 38 goals in 212 club appearances.

Don't see your point. International football shouldn't be a bench mark for success in the Premier League. Ashley Williams plays for his country. And they both are signed to Barca. Barely got a game between them hence the reason Barca might sell to us. Love your logic though. They're at a big club and play international football so must be good.

It's niang time again in the media lol

Be interesting who the first genuine new name is in cm, got the feeling all the current ones being thrown around are way off the mark.

Digne played consistently for Roma and PSG before right. 21 caps for France at the age of 25. He is proven, on papers anyway.
 

Think Mina and Digne will get done before the window closes.

Hopefully then get an improvement in CM and someone like Batshuayi up top.

Worried about outgoings though. We still need to shift at least 6 and I’m not hearing much rumours/interest in our players (not surprising).
