Manchester United & Everton have opened negotiations for Kurt Zouma
L’Équipe report this evening that Everton & Manchester United are in discussions with Chelsea to sign French central defender Kurt Zouma.
Everton have made a loan offer for the 23-year-old, whereas the Red Devils have opened talks over a permanent transfer.
Chelsea are hesitating over Manchester United’s proposal, because they are unsure of whether or not to sanction the move to a direct rival.

Imagine beating United to two cbs. Jose might explode.

Think the timing of bernard announcement is important.. if he gets announced early tomorrow morning then definitely more to come. If they hold the announcement back till mid afternoon then i think that he will be the only one

A CB will come. We just have 3 and we need more 1. And Holgate is injured.

I’d imagine there are thousands of deals in place all over Europe between clubs and players. We’ll reach the tipping point whereby there isn’t enough time to get people from A to B to complete medicals and someone will blink......that is when choices are made and the dominoes will fall. It’ll be late morning/early afternoon tomorrow.

It’s beyond critical, everything hinges on it. I’m calm about it, just hope for all our sakes that there won’t be disappointment en masse here tomorrow evening. We can’t face months without CB reinforcements.

I do not think they are a cakewalk and United chemistry and attitude wise seem to be on the outs. Would not be surprised myself.
