I'd rather we didn't take anymore risks on players from different leagues in key positions, just for this season while the team still aims to gel and adjust to any outgoings etc. LB - Rose, CB - Lejuene or if there's truth in Bailly being out of favour go for him. CM - Doucoure. Blind as a utility player as he can play CM, LB and CB. Not glamorous names but they'd improve us and are realistically attainable, doesn't matter the cash we have, we just aren't that attractive at present. I wouldn't buy beyond that until Jan, see where we are then.

Get rid of Williams, Martina, Schneiderlin, Bolasie, Mirallas, Stekelenburg and maybe Rooney.

I wouldnt waste a single penny on rubbish from this league, no value at all.

No of course, if the price was right, I should've stipulated that, none of this 45m for Iceland rubbish. Ideal world and all that. Just feel like for this season we should stick to the Premier League where possible. Just so there's no Sandro or Klaassen moments again. Saying that, Keane hasn't exactly been the one we bought from Burnley.

Too often last year we relied on Gana to be both defensive and attacking mid at the same time in the same game.

Lets get back to playing players in the position they are best at.

Leave Gana to do the holding/breaking down role and sign somebody who can receive the ball from him and either drive forward or pick a pass.

Loftus Cheek would be a great foil for Gana. Not sure about Willy C, don't know alot about him apart from Wham pulled out of a deal last year claiming he was over weight and un fit.

The Keane we bought from Burnley played in deep lying rigid defence.

I thought he`d do well, but he`s shown time and time again, that he`s simply not able to play in a higher line, as he gets caught flat footed all the time.

One of the first name on the punt list.

I'd still give him one more season. We'd stand to lose an awful lot if we sold now also. Who knows maybe Silva and Brands can get the best out of this lot

We will lose so much money if we sell players like keane, schneids, klassen this year..wondering if a loan might help repair their reputation..get wages off the bill for a year and hopefully value increases?

On Rooney your getting away from the point, we did united a favour by taking him off their hands. He was finished a long time ago. And the fee would have been higher then 75m had Rooney not come.

The club isn't that stupid to see coutinho and mbappe leave for 150 odd million and sell lukaku for half that

Not in a high line defence, he`s not mobile enough.

I can`t see Silva playing "deep" as it`s just not the way he sets teams up.

If Burnley get raided for one of their centre halves, I can see him going back there.

Sometimes you just have to cut your losses.

Good shout Neil, but it`s a double edge sword.

Look at Sandro stunk la Liga out and done nothing for his re sale, probably made it harder to sell.
