I am sure we all understand we need to cull our team quite drastically and I understand that, but if we have to wait until most of them have gone before we buy, it worries me what will be left to buy. In my opinion for what its worth I would at least buy Lozano now before the WC and his price rockets.

The scary thing about that statement is, if we can so can other teams. It begs the question then
Why would they come shopping at the Everton Sale, if there are better players for half the price elsewhere?.
I can see us seriously struggling to off load players this summer and if we do manage to shift a couple of our big earners, i can see clauses written into any potential contracts that we either pay up the remainder on their's or subsidise their new one.
Walsh and Kooman have collectively demolished this club in the space of 2 seasons.
This is a drum I've been beating for a while. Fatty Koeman and Gormless Walsh have wrought significant damage on Everton. We have a deteriorated balance sheet thanks to their terrible misinvestments. Stonesy and Hatch have got a significant salvage job on their hands over the next couple of seasons, unsaddling us from the unproductive squad weight sourced of Fatty and Gormless' ineptitude.

Everton can confirm goalkeeper Joel Robles is among seven players whose current contracts will expire at the end of June.

Midfielders Jose Baxter and Conor Grant will depart the Club and are set to join Oldham Athletic and Plymouth Argyle respectively.
Fellow Under-23s players Sam Byrne, Calum Dyson, Louis Gray and David Henen are all set to be released.

Second-year scholars who have not been offered professional contracts are Stephen Duke-McKenna, Charlie Ball, Nathan Baxter, Jordan Corke, Matthew Johnson, Sidney Kerr, Nathan Moore and Tom Scully.

Everton wishes to thank all departing players for their contribution throughout their time at the Club.
