Yeah, I reckon he wants to go. Deserves to be playing regularly somewhere so I would let him go. We 100% need to sign a goal scorer if he’s off.

He's said numerous times he loves it here and wants to stay. Don't blame him, the main he reason he came was to move close to his missus who works in Manchester. The £55,000 a week will be hard to give up as well because I doubt he'd get that in Turkey.

It may sound unsavoury but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there was something in that story of him ostracizing the rest of the squad over an incident with Davies, why else would he suddenly do a u-turn and sound up for going to a country that's far away and where he'd be paid less? Silva is the man who brought him to Hull and rescued his career, why would he want to bin him off? There's more than meets the eye if he does go I think, we'll wait and see

We will finish 7th or above, with loads of points before the next team.
7th is absolutely guaranteed.
However the major work will take a few windows due to the money sp**ked by Walsh.
We have sadly wasted 2 great opportunities ;
1) The Fraudo wasting what he inherited from Moyes, and
2) The funds available to Walsh / Koeman under Moshiri.

To be fair BFS was supported over the winter and did well with his 2 buys.

There are too many panicking , we only need 4 or so signings , with a couple of previously denied opportunities for the younger squad players.
Most of the best players are at the World Cup.
Who the hell needs a squad of around 40 players - it's madness.
Some of ours will be difficult to move though , too old , and on ridiculous salaries compared to their productivity !

To suggest we are guaranteed 7th is ridiculous arrogance. Something that annoys me about fans of any club.

Davies was at Oumar's birthday do in May.

There's f all in it.

I remember when people were wetting the bed and saying "sell the lot of them"
Now they're wetting the bed again and don't want to sell them.

The Niasse thread is locked so I'll post this in here.

“My contract with the club continues. But there is nothing wrong with me. I love Turkey. Galatasaray is a big club and will play in the Champions League. They also have a big manager like Fatih Terim. But it is between the clubs, it is not up to me.” (Source: Fanatik)

Sounds like he might be off then.
Does that quote not sound slightly made up to you? Looks like it’s been written by a Google translation bot with a hard on for Turkey

Agreed. I think next summer we have a few players at the end of their contracts. Likes of Galloway, Browning, Baines, Mirallas, Williams and Jagielka I think. Ideally we'd shift some of these this summer for nominal fees, to help trim the squad asap.
