And there's no reason we'd have to be a finishing school. We could sign RLC after the loan, just like we did with Lukaku and Delofeu

Del and Rom were at an advanced level to RLC and just needed games.

RLC is either an AM, box to box, or sitting midfielder at the moment. Hes still having to master some of them.

And him and Dowell have different attributes, but both are played at the moment as a creative midfielder so I couldn't see both playing.

A good box to box midfielder. Would work great in the midfield paired up with a defensive player like Gana. They'd complement each other really well. Young with a good upside

Like I said, he shouldn't hurt Dowell but he might prove an issue for Davies

Depends on how much you like/rate Davies on that point I guess. I personally like Davies but I think RLC is better, and the team comes first sadly

...my fear is a possible lack of dynamism. He doesn’t seem the type who grabs a game by the scruff of the neck, who dominates. He’s big and powerful, he’s talented but I just wonder about his application. Palace were in a relegation battle and I noticed he was substitute for a few games. There might be other reasons for that, but we really need somebody who plays like the game matters.

There’s lots of talent out there, we need attitude as well. If Loftus-Cheek has both, then fine but i’m not convinced.

Now, I guess if he really wants to stay in Spain he'll have to decide if he's prepared to earn substantially less because nobody is throwing anywhere near 100k a week at him. My guess is he'll go on loan and we'll top up his wages his a year, before he leaves end of next season for a similar fee to what we paid for.

Respectfully if he goes out on loan and impresses we could get market value for him. Spanish clubs have money, so they can pay the going rate.

If that was towards the final third of the season He's was coming back from an injury so probably slowly brought back into the starting 11

Is this Sandro? Said he was desperate to leave in Jan but he mentioned Everton were making the deal difficult. Dont think we will have issues if the club wants to sell him and someone offers us more than 7 or 8 million euros, he took a loss to move from Barça to Malaga just so he could play
