Quite possibly, but he went to inter the season just gone for just over 15 mil, doubt we would blow anywhere near that amount. But maybe i'm wrong and have that kind of money to spend, i'd say the former.

Everton have expressed an interest in signing Inter Milan winger Xherdan Shaqiri according to Italian news outlet Sport Mediaset and Forza Italian Football.
