I posted a reply in the world football forum but in case nobody goes there, I reckon this is bad. Sky sports saying premier league will drop investigation as Liverpool apologised.

Does that mean the worst punishment for clubs is they can't sign the player they were tapping up? What about Lukaku saying he's already agreed terms with a club and what about athletico madrid having their embargo upheld. Seems like something dodgy going on.

We always know that shower would get away with it didn't we ? If you walk into a shop and stole something and then apologise after getting reported would it get dropped?

- The Liverpool Echo says RK has a record amount of money to spend and he's also looking to off load some highly paid players.

- Lots of outlets suggest Chelsea have agreed an £80m fee for Lukaku who looks likely to snub Man Utd. However, Jan Aage Fjortoft says the player prefers Man Utd but Chelsea have first option to re-sign him. The Independent suggests Everton prefer a Lukaku to United deal so they can negotiate moves for Chris Smalling and goalkeeper Romero.

- Spurs flop, Sissoko is on the verge of joining Marseilles amid interest from Everton according to a report from France.

- The Daily Mirror says Everton are keen on Hull City's Andrew Robertson.

- FutnSoccer website says a report in Spain suggests Everton are looking to hijack Real Sociadad's £7m deal for Real Madrid defender Diego Llorente.

- French outlet Foot Mercato says Everton are one of a number of clubs interested in Chelsea forward Bertrand Traore who has been on loan at Ajax.

- Fotospor report Besiktas are looking to sign Enner Valencia who has been on loan at Everton.

- 4th Official says Leicester are prepared to bid big for Everton target Gylfi Sigurdsson.

- The Daily Mail reports Everton and Spurs want Bolton's 16 year old Max Broughton.

- 4th Official suggests Everton are in pole position to sign Portuguese defender Ruben Semedo from Sporting Lisbon.

...I think the difference is that clubs might have agreed a fee with Everton or been given permission to talk to the player.

We should be demanding a player off Chelsea in the Lukaku deal.

I'd take any of Bertrand Traore, Nathan Ake or Batshuayi

We should be definitely asking about Batshuayi! IF possible I wouldn't mind one of their young CB's, one from Aki, Zouma or Christensen.....

To be fair it is probably all a misunderstanding. VVD said he wanted to come to Liverpool, so they started sorting everything out with his agent, however he meant he wanted to come play for us.

Batshuayi, Ake and Zouma with £20m and I'd take that.

Italian Website linking us with Diego Falcinelli. I think there was a link back in May to a £9m move, the figure is now believed to be closer to £15m. He scored 13 goals in the Serie A last season with FC Corotone.

Tbf that's some going for Crotone, they've struggled all season but pulled through to survive in the end. I've only seen the lad once against Lazio where they won to stay up and he scored but he looks a bit of a target man. He's actually owned by Sassualo and just been capped by Italy, although it was a squad completely picked of fringe players or players that had made an impression in the last few weeks and they got a chance....

we should be after Richairo Zivkovic as a cheap replacement for Deulofeu. Plays for Ajax but was loaned out to Utrecht last season. Scored 15 goals in 25 starts in all competitions and is only 20. Can play up front or wide right. Has only played 7 times for Ajax but their second string he scored 27 goals in 40 appearances between 2014-16. They don't seem to want him, but this goal clip is amazing. Koeman must know of him and we could make money in replacing Deulofeu with him.

Local sports broadcaster Fox Sports revealed that the Dutchman had run 100m in 10.96 seconds – only one second slower than nine-times Olympic gold medallist Usain Bolt.

More than that, Zivkovic’s time was a mere 0.2 seconds slower than the 100m qualifying time run by a number of the athletes competing at this summer’s Rio Olympics games.

To top it off, Zivkovic pulled the feat off after 93 minutes of football and still managed to find the back of the net with a composed finish to seal the deal for his side.

Yeah saw that, their looking to offload a few apparently and need to sell to be within the guidelines of FFP and are willing to sell Brahimi and for cheaper than his release clause which is around £50m or slightly more....

Would take him all day long, quality player.
