I actually wrote here when we signed him that even if he wasn't very good we would still get 15mil from a Spanish club simply because he plays for argentina.

So yeah, take the money.

It is the metro, but apparently Chelsea enquired about signing Gueye, club told them to shove it. Don't see him moving there to compete with Kante in a million years though.

Sticking my neck on the line here but first EFC signing in my opinion will be Michael Keane , quickly followed up by Sigursson and possible Pickford and Grey ( Burnley ) ... lol prob completely wrong ...

We do need over 7 players, Imagine having Lyon away on Thursday then Chelsea on Sunday.. Barry and Martina shouldn't even be anywhere near the level of backup players. That's why we cant be blowing 25 Mil on Keane as well be left short unless we are planning on spending 150 Mil witch won't happen.

Ok I get it but you're using extremes to make your point. It's more likely we play something Rostov and then West Ham.

I feel these are signings that ensure we remain the best of the rest. We need something different to break through. Don't know why but I don't get a buzz thinking of any of them.

When you say 150m are you talking net spend? In which case I agree with you. However I will be shocked if we don't spend at least 150 considering that I think we will have close to that coming in.

- 4th Official reports Everton, West Brom and Torino interest in Serie A striker, Diego Falcinelli.

- The Daily Mirror and Daily Mail says Jordan Pickford will only consider offers when England U21s finish their Euro's campaign.

- Newcastle, Everton and West Brom are amongst the favourites to sign Arsenal defender Calum Chambers. Crystal Palace are also interested according to the Croydon Advertiser.

- 4th Official again links Everton with St Etienne keeper Stephane Ruffier.

- Portuguese newspaper 'Record' claims Victor Lindelof is leaving Benfica for Man Utd leading to speculation that Michael Keane is on his way to Everton.

When you say 150m are you talking net spend? In which case I agree with you. However I will be shocked if we don't spend at least 150 considering that I think we will have close to that coming in.

Realistic prices. Spending what we bring in will not get us into the top 6 though not to mind the top 4.I have come to the point where i realise now that the board and owner have filled us with waffel from the takeover. Last year they mentioned on numerous occasions theat we would be able to compete with the teams above us in the player transfer market. Not city or chelsea but spurs and liverpool and arsenal. This looks complete lies now. We still look like a sell to buy club. I think players will spot this and realise that this so called project is not what it originally seemed. Both the players already here and outside. Lukaku and ross both want out and replacing them alone is just not good enough.

So which cb should we be buying and for how much? Need to spend to get quality n along with needing 2 cfs we need 2 quality cbs also
