Be ideal to add to the squad with a european campaign to plan for. Experienced and very good player and if we kept Rom would be ideal to play the games we needed to rest Rom in and if Rom left be a good start in replacing him with a couple of quality options.

I'd be delighted if we brought him in Mikey.

I don't think that he'd walk into a PL side - like Zat does - but he'd definitely be one for the future.

Him or Robertson would be very smart acquisitions for that role IMO.

Neither Pickford or Butland are super keepers. Pickford, for some reason is massively over rated by fans on here.

Had this same conversation with some buddies whilst England were in.

"Pickford should be number 1 for England" they said.

Based on what? Having balls pummeled at him every game for the worst side in the league? Let's see what he's like playing for a team that actually plays and he has only ONE save to make in entire game.
