It's great that we've got 2 in early but there's still a lot of business to be done.

We still need at least 1 centre back, a winger and 2 strikers at the very least and that's before we look at a back up left back and cover for other positions.

Sigurdsson would play either on the left of a front three, as he did for Swansea in the 2nd half of the season or, when we move to a 4231, at number 10, potentially

If you look at Sigurdsson's highlights from last season, in his "inside forward" role, he is looking for overlapping runs from the left full back a lot either via little back heels or clever passes. Baines hasn't had anyone to give him passes like that in the final third since Pienaar left, we shall see if this is how it works out

it would leave a bit of a bitter taste in the mouth should we lose lukaku and barkley tbf. Two of our best players leaving is always sad, despite how many we buy, i'd ideally like to keep both. But keeping just one would be good too.
