Summer Transfer Window 2017

I think its fairly safe to assume we wont be ending the window with this squad and if we do, we have the players to play 4-3-3 currently.

Not a proper 4-3-3. Maybe this 3 sort of attacking players crammed together mess we ended last season with.

To be fair Whoscored have him having played half his games as a deep midfielder, a quarter as an attacking midfielder and a quarter as a right midfielder.

Yeh if you ever watch him play he's not a DM though; lad can barely tackle. Played deep in a 2 to control. He's good though I'd have him.

Not sure i fancy brozovic, sounds too much like a certain "true blue" for my liking. Seen lots of inter fans say he's talented on his day but hasn't got much going on upstairs, is incredibly inconsistent, bad mentality etc.

ron hasn't shown me yet that he can crack that sort of player, so this rumour doesn't excite me all that much

Barely any winger heavy links thus far mind. Only Niang really.

Hasn't Sandro mainly been playing as a left winger? And didn't we just sign Lookman for big-ish money in January, who is also a winger?

Plus there were those pics of Osman still floating around FF; I'm sure he'd be glad of a game on the right, which was undoubtedly his best position.

4-3-3 is only bread and butter when you have wingers. Change the system to the personnel. If we head into the start of the season with this squad I'd be surprised if we played 4-3-3.

You're assuming that means playing with wingers

Evidence of last season suggests Koeman wants "inside forward" type players to give a narrow front three rather than wingers to provide width

We aren't going to finish this transfer window with the current squad though, think we can probably all agree on that
