I don't understand the Koulibaly hype myself. If he was that good why is it only Chelsea (whilst Conte was bedding in) were linked? Where's the City, Madrid, Bayern etc. interest in him.

Am I reading this right, he's saying we're interested in Sigurdsson (obviously) and are looking for cover now Mori is out, we wanna striker with Lukaku gone and maybe one more. So 3-4 more players before the window closes?!
Could it be Sigurdsson, a left sided CB, striker and a GK to possibly replace Joel IF he goes or a player for another position?

Depending on how much more money were prepared to spend, I'd like to see us look at getting a wide right option in. I just think we're a bit light out there still and all the wide options we currently have, and factor Rooney and Sigurdsson IF we get him can play wide, all play better from the left. Maybe we could do with a better option for wide right to balance the squad out.

Not saying he's crap but not sure why it's always like he's the gold pillar we should aspire too. I rate a fair few more defenders in Serie A than himself. And that "passes forward" stat is just meaningless to me when you consider he plays for Napoli.

dowell should be given that opportunity, we should making sure theres still chances for our own players too.

Personally I think Dowell needs to go out on loan and play week in week out to learn and come on cos at the minute, imo, he's too in and out of games, does good things one minute, then nothing for 20 and then pops up with a bit of magic. I just think he needs to go out, possibly to the championship, to find that consistency in his performances week after week.

Even last summer it was us and Chelsea mid-manager change. If he's that good why no one else? I do like him but I struggle to judge Serie A defenders these days as the attacking is substandard. He's nowhere near as good as a Chiellini, Miranda etc. in that league.

Mate we would tempt Tierney or any other of their plays should we be interested. We pay the going rate in wages, they don't. All Celtic players would jump at the chance to play for us.
