Bony is most likely going back to Swansea after the Sigurdsson deal goes through
Would love Girourd but can live without too. Interesting to see who comes in if and when Wenger blocks the move.
I admire your points, it's true, we're going ok on the transfer market right now... but I'd argue that Lukaku is an upgrade for united. Ibra missed buckets of chances regularly and Lukaku will help United see off the teams they struggled with last season.Well, to be honest, none of the top 6 have improved a lot, City are probably the most improved team, but they will probably find a way to underperform as per usual, United have only bought a washed up midfielder in Matic( Tks for that BTW), a young and unproven CB in Lindelof and Lukaku, whom you could argue is not even an upgrade on Ibra, who scored a [Poor language removed] ton of goals for them last season. Liverpool have so far bought a LB from a relegated team, a former Chelsea youth product and Mohamed Salah, again, nothing really impressive.
Chelsea have bought well so far, but our squad is scary thin right now, so we need to make 3-4 signings still to call it a good window, and Tottenham have literally done nothing other than sell Walker.
So its definitely not all doom and gloom for Everton, and i would argue that outside of City, you lot have had probably the best summer so far, just need that striker signing.
Nasri would be so far the opposite of the type of character we'd want in the squad.£8m apparently. I would.
I'd suggest the club are well aware of that. However the issue could be that the right players aren't available at this moment in timeHeads rolling around the deck I see based on my post. We need a CB, Striker and AM in NOW not 2-4 weeks.
Trust me there will be scenes if we end up gettng smashed all over the place in the first 4 or 5 fixtures.
i'd buy him just to get the hammers crying. terrible player obviously....London Evening Standard report West Ham will turn down any approach from Everton for Winston Reid.

He's also utterly terrible

I just don't think we're stronger than last season. This isn't even a knock on all the signings, we've done alright but I'm just not feeling it at this point just yet...
Ok bit of an exaggeration, but nowadays at least.Pretty sure Samir Nasri isn't utterly terrible at football but okay.

now you're talking!Buy him and loan him to Millwall.
