Lazio has put Keita Balde back on the market again apparently. Didn't we have a bid for him rejected when Walsh was in Italy?

EDIT: Actually 'put back on the market' maybe a bit misleading - they are willing to sell but at a ridiculous price given he's only got a year left on his contract. But I thought we were originally told he's not for sale?

Hmmm...

The OP is correct mate if they can reach those figures - and really Rooney and Sandro should be aiming for double figures.

Ideally, we'd have Rooney, Sandro and the new striker getting 10-15 each, with Gylfi, Klaassen, Mirallas, DCL, Lookman(!) and Davies all getting between 5-10.

Should IMO be expecting any striker we bring in now to be more than capable of getting above 15 mate, 12 managed that in the league last season, setting the bar at the 10-5 range is basically saying we are after someone as productive as Deeney, Vokes or Negredo managed last season

Sadly I think that ship has sailed. The lad has allegedly already turned us down once, would he now want to come here?

We have gone from Barkley being our only creative spark last season to all those players you have mentioned. Was only thinking the same thing on the signing of siguardsson, a good striker will get a lot of chances with that creativity around him. It's just a pity Rom couldn't have given us one more season he'd be pushing for 30 goals. But irrespective we still need a striker who at least will net us 15 goals.
