Koeman prefers the balls out wide to the wingers and balls into the box, Barkley or Lukaku dont fit that style, I honestly think Ronny will be happy to see both go.

I agree with all that 100%! I think Koeman was being polite when he said earlier on in the season that he doesn't want Barkley deep in CM taking too many touches and that he wants him further forward trying to make things happen. He doesn't trust him in there cos he does dally on the ball a lot and make mistakes. It's why he's been shifted wide right and out of the way. He actually got a chance in there vs Chelsea and failed miserably!

And I agree, I think Koeman wouldn't give a monkeys IF the pair of them ended up going. It's funny cos after the game last night he said he wasn't happy with the pair of them and their work rate, aggression and then named all the rest he was happy with! I think he knows that if he gets the right players in with the right blend and balance, we will function much better in the final third and be a better team for it.

Same height as that dodgy keeper we had who used to be a bin man.

Same height as that dodgy Real Madrid keeper with 167 caps for Spain.

Taller than that dodgy Italian keeper from the 70s with 106 caps.

Not saying Pickford is great but his height shouldn't be an issue given some of the all time greats are the same size.

lol no...just funny how now hes massively out of our reach and yet it was blindingly obvious he was brilliant back then.

Same with a few others and yet no one makes moves on them...now we see them bear the fruits a couple of years later...could have been us

That's what we should be doing now with tielemans, kessie, dolberg, sanchez (although theyre all mainstream now)...theres a level younger who haven't quite come into the level of success as these guys have
