When?Idrissa had very good spells but also very poor. Sad to see him go as on his day he suits us but he had limitations as a player.
Times right I feel.

We're absolutely mad to let him go without a replacement already here. Why on earth are we pandering to PSG of all clubs.
We sold him too cheap now we're letting him go with a month left in their window. I don't get it.
It could mean it''s because a replacement is due soon, but this is Everton we've still not replaced big Rom.
Bernard makes our team tick tho.I don't think Bernard will get any goals or assists like our other wingers. It can be dressed up as him effecting our overall play. But the numbers do not lie.
The amount of Penos Zaha gets shouldn't be understated. That is actually effecting overall play, not a nice first touch or pass like Bernard.
Zaha Kean Richarlison, would be top 6 quality.
I'd prefer Bernard over Lookman or Walcott BTW.
On the bench mate, you'll get over it.Another season of Tom Davies and Calvert-Lewin? Can't deny, the thought makes my arse twitch.
I feel like Gbamin not playing in the Mainz cup game makes it seem like they are planning to keep him. Also if he was our set choice replacement I think that we would have had a bid in for him and he'd be here as Gana has been waiting almost 2 months now to go.
Or maybe they were not playing him because he was on the verge of making a transfer. Imagine the irony if we actually agreed a deal with Mainz and maybe even terms with the player and then see him getting stretchered off against us.I feel like Gbamin not playing in the Mainz cup game makes it seem like they are planning to keep him. I thought he had limitations too - unfortunately from January onwards he seemed to surpass them!
Weak?
Bayern, BVB, and RBL are some of the top clubs in the world and Leverkusen, Gladbach, Wolfsburg, Frankfurt, Werder Bremen, and Hoffenheim were separated by only 7 points. That's less than the points that separated Wolves(7th) and United(6th) last season.
Not to mention Shalke who had a very rough year due to injuries and rebuilding is a very solid team normally while we were outclassed by Mainz a couple days ago who finished 12th.
When?
Looking back on where we first met
I can not imagine all the pens that we'll get
Zaha you're the one
Down the wing you run
The school of science starts again

I agree Gbamin isn't the one we need.Leverkusen are the most overrated side in world football, because of video game wonder kids. They've got an average manager to boot.
Frankfurt and Hoffenheim have some tidy players but Everton are much better side, now Jovic has gone.
Werder Bremen, Wolsburg and Gladbach are all garbage and Everton in competitive fixtures would hit them for 4s and 5s.
Schalke have a young manager who can not defend, and will be sacked this season.
Maniz are garbage.
RBL BVB And Bayern can not defend at all, they're non entities in europe and nowhere near any top clubs in the world anymore.
Rest of the league are Eredivisie standard.
I'd avoid signing 95% of players from that league.
Jean-Philippe Gbamin is not the player we need for me.
