Lemina, Jean-Philippe Gbamin, or Tousart can't even come close to Gueye.

We need action and proven capacity for quality, and we needed it yesterday!!

We've just lost in my eyes top-3 Defensive mid in the league, and replaced him in name only by Delph.

Even if we sign Gbamin we've downgraded.

Let's hope it gets better.
We will sign players no doubt. There is question if we can get the quality or numbers needed.

Brands delivered last year so he has proven form to do it, let's hope he has got this.

I wish I can just fast forward to season is starting, to be honest.

Yeh. With Zouma, he had plenty of Prem experience at least.

I suppose with Tomori over Gibson you are getting a player with a bit of pace and power. But I just think he's very raw and would not be confident with having him, Holgate and Gibson as back up to Keane and Mina.

We need better.

Exactly!!! Why are we going to develop Chelsea's average youth players, we're Everton not Vitesse.

I think Holgate (who I don't rate) is on par with Tomori.

No alternative transfer update today I'm afraid, however in keeping with the tradition of the transfer updates if you go back and look at the last one it'll be almost identical.
