When you account for the fact that a lot of his chances created are low quality it looks worse. Second that ignores that all of those players bar Fraser scored goals too and Fraser was a far better creator. Third I'm not really suggesting we should sign any of those just that they arent that much better or worse so we need to do better if we want to move up.
Those numbers actually suggest that Fraser did not create as many chances from open play as Bernard did. He obviously can't dribble and doesn't have the tricks that Bernard has. But he's probably a better passer and does take care of the ball. So it's not CRAZY to suggest that Fraser hasn't been as productive as Bernard and so you won't see my laughing at the suggestion.

That being said, lets see what Bernard does with some better players around him and regular playing time next year with a full summer to rest. The player I saw at Shaktar was more dangerous with the ball in and around the box.

In our never ending search for a striker, he may be a bit too much like DCL, but Jean-Phillipe Mateta is a beast at Mainz. Gbamin is probably their biggest name / prospect and he's super talented with an attitude problem, but Mateta is just a monster.

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking at but what I see has Fraser way better than Bernard this year in almost every stat. And I'm in no way saying sell Bernard. But should we be considering Lookman, Onyekuru and signing someone if there is an option available for his spot next year? I'd say absolutely yes.

I think other places need improving before we start wanting to upgrade Bernard, He fits our team and him and Digne have struck up a nice partnership which can harm teams when they're BALLIN
For me if we assume Gomes and Zouma return it's Striker, RB and then creative player followed by defensive depth and maybe a second GK. Not the highest priority but if we make a similar number of signings as last summer it should be addressed.
