Could see Tameze being the target here. Young cheap replacement for Gueye who would be on low wages but with a potential resale value. We then could sell Gueye to find other areas of the team. I’d be encouraged by this.
I dont really know what he’s like Tameze I mean, but he’s 25 and on wiki it says he’s a defender and hasn’t been anywhere near international football since the under 18. Doesn’t really sound exciting.

Jeremy Smith a journalist who covers French football was going through a lot of french teams this morning saying he’s staying and they want to sell this player, seemed that we are linked with only the players they want to sell.

I said I few weeks ago we are the perfect team at the moment for agents and clubs to try and flog their players to. As they think the top 6 won’t want any of these players, so which is the next club in England happy to pay big fees and wages
Hello Everton

Young French. It's the way forward.

Hello Everton
It is a concern with the agents.

He’s a good player. Can play as that anchor man type 6 or a box to box. He won’t be expensive or anything. Solid squad player. Can pick out w pass, carry it a bit, decent positionally, pick off a pass or two, works hard, good athlete, can push tempo a bit. He’s not in the same stratosphere as Gana.

A forward and a central midfield are key for me. I think we need Gomes and another midfielder preferably a powerful box to box type. That's what we badly lack we have been bullied at times in there. So the links to the two French lads make sense.

No question. Strong, physical presence. Can support the attack as well as tackle, intercept, take the ball away.

Has there been any rumours about forwards?

.....I like the lad a lot, I can remember him as a diminutive CB in the Academy where he always stood out. He’s no longer a kid, though, and Silva/Brands know what they have with him. I’m just not a fan of sending first team squad players on loan.

If he does well, it’s fine but if he doesn’t and struggles for game time we have a problem. Fingers crossed he’s a success, but the squad is too big and decisions have to be made regarding those we can get monies for.

I just don’t think he going to make it here without getting a lot of footy in . I don’t think he’s good enough to push through so think it’s the best move for him and potentially for us

he's half right about baines though isn't he, a back up is all well and fine but when called into action they need to be at least competent and whereas baines has been amazing for everton his last outing he was far from competent, was awful against wolves when we got bummed and hasn't played since

he's also picking up niggly injuries a lot, what's the point having a back up who "might" be injured when the time comes if digne got injured

not against baines signing a 1 year deal like but in my opinion id rather see robinson or someone as a deputy for now ( unless they plan to have both as back ups )

He was injured for that game mate and shouldn’t have played , was a doubt all week and ended up going off in the first half didn’t he?

No, to be clear, I think he's great. The dude watches SO MUCH footy AND understands modern tactics and analysis. I just don't recall him saying he thought Richarlison is going to be our CF. Maybe over time. He also likes Malcom the best out of all those guys because he creates rather than just scores. He also was pretty balanced with Traore I thought. He might like Sangare more than me.

Never mind. Zat said gradually, I clearly read it too quickly on my phone earlier.
Ricarlison plays CF for Brazil so it’s only natural he wants to play the same position for us to improve his game and cement his place in the Brazil team
International football is more important to Brazilians than club football
