....and he's suddenly become £15m cheaper?Let's remind ourselves what that Everton statement said about Zaha - "Both clubs agreed that was end of the matter." What has changed since then that might cause both clubs to reconsider ? It's hard to imagine that Palace are any more keen to do a deadline day deal which will leave them light going into the new season. And as for Everton, we'd like to bring in another wide player, but we're not so desperate that we need to offer more than our original valuation. So I'm very sceptical about this Independent story, it smells to me like something planted by an agent hoping to flush out new offers.
Because we wont get Rakitic and Dacoure

I wanna team full of socialist scouser to win the league, sadly that ain't going to happen. Not defending his views but I’m not overly comfortable with the idea of the club basing their recruitment strategy on people’s religious, political or personal beliefs. I’m sure I’ve cheered a few players over the years who’ve said or done worse, and I probably will again.
Why aren't any of the "top 6" not after him then ? Or Wolves? Or Leicester?I just want that one big money signing that every one stands up and goes wow.
Kean was exciting but the media have portrayed it more as a good deal for a kid with big potential.
Someone like Zaha for £65 million would make a massive statement.
I can’t believe they have found a mug of a club to pay £27m for a years loanThey’ve apparently agreed a season loan with a prem club for Coutino. SURELY not us...

Zaha’s Stats are really not all that, for £65m or whatever it is you’d want someone to come in and drag this squad up to the next level, he’s not good enough to do that in my opinion.
For a supposed signature summer signing I’d find it a little bit meh.
It did seem to be the end of it . It was rather blunt .Let's remind ourselves what that Everton statement said about Zaha - "Both clubs agreed that was end of the matter."
