Summer transfer window 2023

I don't think it is unique to Everton. All clubs (bar the elite) have challenges buying players early in the season. Most selling clubs will hang on as long as they can to try and attract more interest in the player and thus a higher price. Leeds would be mad to take the first offer for Gnonto as he is clearly a hot prospect and there will be other clubs with him on their list of targets. The vast majority of sales which happen early in the window are elite club purchases or players who are relatively unknown or on a free transfer.
The thing is everton is prob the club that needs players in the most, yes gnonto might be a hard deal to make but we want to see everton looking around trying to make thinga happen. Just again looks like fixed on players and just no plan
Feel like links have been few and far between so far. Toure, Gnonto, Elanga & Dia.

Any actual links to Sarr?
Is rubbish the lad made the rumour up

Vardy scored three goals last season and Iheanacho still didn't play.
If you were a poor decision maker, had a guy who had averaged 18 goals a season, and you were facing potential relegation, do you think you might just hope he had hit a cold patch, or throw your season on the backup?

Iheanacho did play by the way, so thats also not true. Through week 21 he only had 1 start, and he scored in it. As LCFC became desperate for goals down the stretch they began starting him(10 starts), where he then scored 4 goals and had 4 assists in 832 minutes, or a g/a every 104 minutes. Also, the only 4 games LCFC won after week 17 were 4 games that Iheanacho started.
