How? We bid, so did Atalanta, Almeria accepted both and it looks like, unless we increase the offer, that the player has gone for the pull of playing in Europe. It could still be scuppered if United refuse to go over £60m for Hojlund
 
We are firmly still in the race for EBT. Higher wages and seemingly offering more money up front, Atlanta situation may drag on

No, it comes to League and Wages, if he does well here, then he will receive a lot more notice from other ( Premiership ) clubs. So Europe won't be far away in his eyes.

Anyway don't know the lad, god knows if he's even any good. Just be glad it's finally over !!

No. Said he's the one we've been pushing for the most and is the closest we are to signing a player. Until this week just gone, we haven't bid for any players. We supposedly bid for Toure. Offer with Almeria and the player.

According to Romano, Atalanta back in with a better offer and we haven't sent another, so that means we either can't afford to match it, or know the player doesn’t want to come.
