I just think it’s true though so it doesn’t matter if it’s because of the regulations or because mr moshiri has no money or because he just doesn’t want to spend any of it the reason isn’t important it seems obvious that the people trying to make the deal don’t have access to the right amount of money. You don’t have the sort of spending figures we do in the last two or three years if you have a lot of money available I think that is very easy to see.

We haven't been able to shift Gray or Holgate who have been up for sale for weeks other clubs know we need the cash so won't pay what we want. Holgate is on ridiculous wages so will likely be loaned.

Almost certain we will see movement in the next 14 days, whether its enough to help us against Fulham is anybodies guess, but suspect this will be a busier week with a lot of clubs returning from Preseason and players returning from extended breaks.

Yes, im aware players being away doesnt stop transfers, but it logistically makes things easier.

I think Gray will still be here come the end of the window. I think Dyche will be worried about selling him now because of the clubs inability to get signings over line,even more so with him being an Attacker.
