Yeah I've had some spots as well - lesser hated teams

When it comes to the crunch & I think about any team vs Everton or other teams having success when we don't, the soft spot hardens pretty quickly.

Convenient or not,if we do sign him doubt he'll have had a preseason that has given him any decent level of fitness. And certainly won't be match fit.

I read he came back from International duty late & with a small injury
He's been training but Russel Martin decided not to risk him for their opening game.
Just looks like he's a week or so behind the others.

Know they’ve been relegated but thought Ward Prowse would maybe go for more than 30mil, he’s a linchpin and talisman for them.

Yeah, I've wondered all summer if Ekitike would get a mention since he's freely available, that sounds very high though even if it is structured etc.

So were thinking the striker option is better with one injury prone striker, Danjuma unproven at this level so is Chermiti, 2 young lads who will probably go out on loan as you say, Maupey, enough said, Grey probably leaving and the last three 2 unproven and the other one not so prolific but its all down to opinions

Given that all Premier League players are unproven until they have a chance to prove themselves, it's our only financial option right now to give unproven players a chance.

Unproven might cost 10-15m, proven might cost 30-40m unless you go for someone over the hill like Vardy etc.

I think our attacking options will be better with Danjuma (has got some experience at PL level, but he's more of a goal scoring winger anyway) and Chermiti on board than last season. Far from perfect, but better.
