I don’t understand what you mean. There are two parties in a negotiation, if we allow ourselves to have this piss taken out of us, that is completely on us. I do not blame other clubs, I blame ourselves for being weak. If you want to feel like a victim, and it’s always others fault, feel free.Victim blaming that lad
Was also my first thought.Fake
Amazing news if trueAll depend on the obligation to buy fee...anything over 20 millions and it is a gamble.
Was hoping for a bit of growth or development from Dyche though. A flat 4-4-2 doesn't really cut it in the modern game and the signing of Beto means that's what we'll be playing. We'll just end up a slightly better Burnley if we're not careful.Beto has some great attributes
Big, strong, fast, can finish
& ruffles defenders
Seems like a determined character
Udinese have just loaned a striker from Juve
You'd take £40mil or so profit (after paying off all the fees owed to Lille + their 20% clause) and use that on 2 × £20mil players as replacements?
The amount we had budgeted to pay off Lille over the rest of his contract may also open up.
He’s gone in pretty hard with advanced negotiations and deal nearly done so this will be a good one to judge him on. Think he’s got stuff right in the past but sceptical of him.Pete Orouke saying we’ve agreed a fee for Beto.
He used to be sourced for lower leagues, but ever since he’s tried to get in the PL action he’s a bit meh.
Historically strikers score less in Serie A than in the PLYep, Premier League has tougher games than Serie A and we're not a middling team, I've never seen the guy play though, no idea if he's just another Rondon or not.
Beto is actually a very good dribblerWas hoping for a bit of growth or development from Dyche though. A flat 4-4-2 doesn't really cut it in the modern game and the signing of Beto means that's what we'll be playing. We'll just end up a slightly better Burnley if we're not careful.
None of Beto, DCL or Chermiti are super effective at travelling with the ball (that's not to say they have no pace though) so it will mean just pumping the ball into them. A player like Ekitike or even Daka would give us more counter-attacking opportunities too.
Not at this stage, with the season started. Onana is a key player that we can't lose at this point. Whoever we replace him with would need to be able to go straight into the first team and we would be negotiating in a desperate situation with the other club knowing full well we've just had a windfall, so will overcharge for their player. You'd take £40mil or so profit (after paying off all the fees owed to Lille + their 20% clause) and use that on 2 × £20mil players as replacements?

Not sure about the flat 442. He’s unlikely to play two outright strikers so variety is not so important, you want consistency in the main 9’s role even if the name changes. Was hoping for a bit of growth or development from Dyche though. It finishes return to the Premier League. So just been stopped before that to say he wants an Everton return. I think is we were a top have with European football we might of had a chance at a loan, but not now.Fake
