NoNothing happening then
The 'broken glass that I just stepped on in my bare feet in a puddle of Staph A' ones...Who will come out on top tonight, the glass half fulls or half empties?
The team isn't good enough to avoid a relegation battle. We need to look at the collective squad not individual deals.Personally, the addition of Beto, Danjuma, chermiti and Harrison makes me happy
Yiu on the other hand are never happy unless you’re sad.
Dele is not playing again. We are not triggering a £10m paymentI’ve said it loads today but I think Dele, Harrison and Danjuma will become the creative players in this team in terms of “new” players, not just relying on Iwobi who isn’t very good.
Gueye and doucoure, regardless of ability we are going to struggle them weeks.what happens when Gueye goes the AFCON or one of our centre backs get injured
Who will come out on top tonight, the glass half fulls or half empties?
Nothing to do with Gnonto for me. With a fit Harrison and McNeil ( whenever that is ) we should be ok - not brilliant but ok - in the wide areas. This chat has developed the distinct smell of ammonia in the last 2 or so hours since we weren’t going to have our pants pulled down by Leeds.
The genuine saddest part of all this is that some people will actually be jumping for joy if the Iwobi deal falls through.
Yeah, Burnley had nearly a decade under Dyche and he's only been here less than a year, which suggests they're about nine times better than Everton.I'd be very surprised if we finish above Burnley
Bournemouth will be pushing top half. Forest are functional in a way we could never dream of being and have added some players. Wolves already had a better squad than us. I think if you take Beto and a fit () DCL, our strikers are better but that's it.Luton, Sheffield United, Wolves straight away. I also think despite their signings Forest and Bournemouth are not away from it at all.
(Before someone brings it up, yes I know Wolves beat us, I’m talking about a full season)
You were happy two days agoThe team isn't good enough to avoid a relegation battle. We need to look at the collective squad not individual deals.
We had an opportunity to build a squad which could be comfortably safe and we didn't do it. Selling Iwobi and loaning Maupay is fine but to not reinvest the funds is unacceptable.
I am not miserable. I am a realist.
Harrison is injured and Chermiti is not ready. We needed more and we didn't get it.
