Do Burnley deffo want to sell weghorst?
Do Burnley deffo want to sell weghorst?
Beyond the fact Dyche signed him at Burnley, am I right in thinking that there are absolutely no links, credible or not, with us being interested?
So this is all down to our paranoia?
If so, can we please move on from this topic and stop going on about something that probably isn't going to happen. So many pages of baseless arguing to scroll through, think I almost prefer it when people are posting lists of available french second division players...
A Maupay-Weghorst attack, holy good god man you want to have a word with yourself.I have to admit I always liked Weghorst.
Saying that I always liked Maupay.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say a Maupay - Weghorst attack could gel with the right service.
He’s on the decline 5 seasons ago might of done ok need to stay clear of him.He isn’t good enough to operate as a target man in the Premier League, he’s proven that in two spells at Burnley and United.
Ten Hag was using him as a #10 in some instances, the crazy Dutchman. I’d be fine with him as a backup if he’s cheap. I just suspect the wouldn’t be.I think if you look at his time in Germany Vs his time in the England, its like 2 different players. In the german league he was a 20 plus goals a season player for 3 seasons, then at Burnley and Man utd hes scored 4 goals in 2 season.
You could say Burnley didnt create a lot, Man Utd hardly played to his strengths, but the fact is he may not actually be any good, at premier league level.
Talksport...so no credible links then...TalkSport reported us being allegedly interested. Am I right in saying TalkSport is a mouthpiece for Moshiri? I think that's why some folk are taking it as a credible link.
You know the drillBeyond the fact Dyche signed him at Burnley, am I right in thinking that there are absolutely no links, credible or not, with us being interested?

bit like a line-out in RU ?Should go the other way and pair Weghorst with an even bigger striker.
Weghorst and Onuachu up top for me. Maybe even have one climb up on the other’s shoulders for set pieces.
