Just out of interest who would you have brought in instead and who would you replace him with now given the chance?Sound lad.

Dyche is likely to shave 20-30% off the market value from the squad per season.
No your bird.
It isn't, it's a rational consensus based on trending evidence and current data. Dyches form keeps us up, lampards sends us down.Just like saying Lampard would have taken us down is complete guesswork.
For me it's the statement Dyche made after the Bournemouth game is starting to sound like BS.As stated earlier if you say your going to play next season with pace and power you don't offer contracts to the likes of Davies and Coleman. We are wondering what’s going on. Some think it’s doomsday and we have not a single Penny to spend. Others think we have got money, but the club has no leadership and no one taken responsibility. Others like me are hoping that we are being sensible and making sure we pick the right players due to the position we found ourselves. Either way it’s guess work from all of us. And the only way we will find out who is right is when the window slams shut.
Just a question as i genuinely dont know but is it Dyche who makes those decisions or is it Thelwell or a combination of the 2?For me it's the statement Dyche made after the Bournemouth game is starting to sound like BS.As stated earlier if you say your going to play next season with pace and power you don't offer contracts to the likes of Davies and Coleman.
Keeping Everton up mostly because fewer points were needed than what was expected. While Everton having loads of margins and picking up more points than you should expect based on performances. You obviously have a massive downer on Dyche mate. The fella kept us up with a garbage squad and hasnt had the chance to bring anyone in for us let alone improve anyone. I dont think in the current situation we could get have a better manager for the inevitable slog of next season without any investment in the team. How about get off his case and at least wait til see if we struggle next season before giving the guy stick eh?
Fulham have enquired about Gray. What do we all recon he's worth?
It’s an interesting take. You appear to be assessing the diminishing value of players under Dyche which is driven by his style of play and tactics. Have you considered that Dyche‘s own value and his performance re style of play and tactics was driven by Burnley, their attractiveness and their budget? (I appreciate that we are not a million miles away from Burnley in terms of outside perception currently)I am not comparing. Not at all.
What I mean is that there have hardly been players that have improved while being coached by Dyche. It is all about the collective and not about individuals. Recipe for disaster. Everton need to improve players with an expectation to sell with profit.
When a team mostly play long balls 10 meters over the midfielders head and are happy with the opponent dominate and have most possession, no midfielders will look good. It is all about giving players the possibility to shine. As soon as Nick Pope for signed Newcastle it became obvious that he was a lot better with the ball at his feet than anyone expected him to be. They were concerned at Brentford when they signed the limited Ben Mee, but he has been a revelation. So good with the ball.
People are raving, for good reason, about the football Brighton are playing under De Zerbi. Especially when playing out from the back. Pep said Brighton does it better than any other team in the world. And in centre and most important while doing it is Lewis Dunk. A 31 year old doing things no one ever expected from him 12 months ago. Because he is coached by a manager that wants to improve the players and that wants to play with a style and identity.
Dyche is likely to shave 20-30% off the market value from the squad per season. While increasing the average age of the squad year on year. That makes him the most expensive manager in the world. Keeping Dyche probably cost the club more than a relegation.
Which is why it makes sense to sell those we can get money for and replace them with grey nobodies. Until the club can afford a manager that is more concerned about developing players on training than what they are wearing.
